Refund and Cancellation Policy
Hutliv takes no payments at present, so there is nothing to refund: Free costs nothing, and Plus can't be bought yet. Once it can, this page explains what happens to what you paid.
Effective 1 November 2026
Cancelling a plan
- Free has nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
- You can cancel Plus at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and does not renew; then the business moves to Free. Until then an owner can choose Keep Plus to undo the cancellation, where Razorpay allows it.
- Nothing is deleted when you cancel or move to Free: every page already live stays live and keeps publishing, and what Free doesn't include stops for new actions only. A domain connected to your website falls back to your free Hutliv address, and the domain itself is never deleted.
To cancel, an owner chooses Cancel subscription in Billing on the Plan page, or writes to support@hutliv.com or +91 8870733673. You can also cancel the payment mandate with your bank or UPI app.
Refunds for plans
- Monthly: a month that has started is not refunded.
- If Plus is not delivered as described, for example a paid feature does not work and we cannot fix it, or Hutliv ends your plan for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the affected period.
These rules are shown before you pay. Any right to a refund that the law gives you, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, applies in addition to this policy.
Refunded automatically
- A charge for a different amount from the one shown: refunded in full and the subscription cancelled, and a first charge like that gives no Plus. A renewal charged wrongly leaves Plus running to the end of the period already paid for.
- A second payment for the same purchase, or money taken for a purchase that had already been stopped: refunded once Hutliv's records and the payment provider agree.
- A payment the bank authorised but Razorpay did not capture: Razorpay returns it automatically.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Hutliv starts an automatic refund at once and any other refund it agrees within 5 working days; banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days after that. If Razorpay can't make it straight away, Hutliv keeps trying for about 3 days and then a person takes it up. Billing on your Plan page shows each refund's state.
Domains
Buying a domain through Hutliv isn't available yet: Hutliv does not sell, price or register domains at present. There is no domain payment to refund.
If your Plus plan ends (you cancel, a renewal stays unpaid after the grace period, or you move to Free), nothing is deleted. Using a domain as your website's address is part of Plus: a domain you connected yourself stops being your website's address, your website moves back to its free Hutliv address, and visitors to the domain are sent there; the connection and your records are kept, so choosing Plus again restores it without any change from you. If you have a domain on your website, Hutliv emails you when your plan's end date is known, a week before it, when the domain stops being your website's address and when it is restored.
Asking for a refund
Write to support@hutliv.com or +91 8870733673 with your business's name and the payment date. If you think you were charged in error, tell us: Hutliv refunds any charge it made by mistake. We acknowledge within 48 hours and answer within one month at the latest.
Hutliv is not registered for GST at present, so no GST is charged on these prices: the amount shown is the amount you pay, and each payment has an invoice in Billing on your Plan page. Once Hutliv registers for GST, prices stay as they are and include GST, each payment gets a tax invoice, and you are told before the change applies to a renewal.
